Last updated: August 12, 2026. This policy describes the initial US application scope for whoshour.
Operator and contact
whoshour is operated by Min Suk Ki, an individual operating whoshour. For privacy questions or a request about data held by whoshour, email malchik790323@gmail.com.
Service and current state
whoshour is an independent multi-platform creator chart, media, and data service, not a YouTube-only product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by YouTube or Google. The YouTube integration and derived-metrics runtime are disabled pending the required review and approval. The runtime approval state is not_proven.
whoshour does not currently request Google OAuth access or Authorized Data, collect YouTube or Google login credentials, or display live YouTube API data through this application scope.
Intended YouTube API data use
If a future review and approval permit the bounded YouTube Data API integration, whoshour intends to use documented public discovery requests to identify channel identifiers and minimal public channel labels for private review. This is not current live processing. Any independent analysis would be clearly labeled as generated by whoshour, not supplied, published, endorsed, or approved by YouTube.
Read the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
Refresh, retention, and deletion
Where ordinary YouTube API Data is later processed, non-statistical data such as creator names, video titles, descriptions, and comment text will be refreshed or deleted within 30 days under the applicable policy. Statistical or independently derived data may be retained beyond that period only if YouTube accepts the exact derived-metrics use case and retention allowance; no such acceptance is claimed here.
whoshour does not currently store live YouTube API Data in this application scope. The current public service may show clearly labeled synthetic or demo material; it is not a statement about a real person or live API result.
Data requests
To request deletion of data held by whoshour, use the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Where the YouTube user-data rule applies, whoshour will handle a valid request within seven calendar days. Deleting data held by whoshour does not delete information held by YouTube; use YouTube or an authorised client to manage information on YouTube.
